NNPC Correspondents and Iberum P&I Correspondents

    26th June 2026
    NNPC Correspondents

Through our newsletter, website (www.nnpc-correspondents.nl), and LinkedIn page, NNPC Correspondents has become a well-known service provider in the industry. As P&I correspondents, we provide our services in all Dutch ports and on European inland waterways. As consultants, we operate worldwide.

NNPC Correspondents in Rotterdam and Iberum P&I Correspondents, which has offices in several Spanish ports, are both part of the NNPC Marine Insurance Group. Within the group, these companies serve as P&I correspondents. Iberum P&I was founded in partnership with WAVE Shipping, established by Vertom and Wagenborg, and ISLAW Maritime lawyers to ensure a competent and reliable local partner and P&I correspondent in Spain and Portugal.

For NNPC Marine Insurance, this also presented a good opportunity to offer services on and around the Iberian Peninsula to both its own members and third parties. These may include P&I Clubs, other insurers, shipowners, charterers, or other parties. A unique partnership has been established with a dedicated survey company, which is available in all Spanish and Portuguese ports. In addition, Iberum P&I has a presence in Algeria, where an experienced surveyor is available to provide assistance.

The Iberum P&I team consists of:

    • Daniela Zamora (Maritime Lawyer)
    • Claudio Lamas (Senior Maritime Lawyer)
    • Niels van der Noll (P&I Correspondent)
    • José Luis Guerra Jurado (Managing Director)

We invite you to visit the Iberum P&I website (www.iberumpandi.com) which will be updated shortly and to follow Iberum P&I Correspondents on LinkedIn. With a shared foundation in NNPC Marine Insurance and the input of members who know what is needed, NNPC Correspondents and Iberum P&I will co-ordinate their efforts to ensure the best possible services to their respective clients.
